Competence X is the first onboarding and training platform on the market that includes built-in AI functionalities developed for the system itself. It uses Microsoft Azure AI, which is protected as artificial intelligence, so you can use it as part of your other Microsoft services without worry. Mobie Oy, the developer of Competence X, is a Microsoft partner operating in Finland.

The database of the training platform is located either in the company’s or organization’s own Azure environment, or on Mobie Oy’s Azure servers located in Europe, and it is not used to train the AI language model. The service meets all the regulations and requirements set for data protection and the use of artificial intelligence in education. Mobie Oy always provides the customer with an approved privacy policy (DPIA) for its own Competence X service, including also a DPIA template for the customer’s contribution to facilitate this work.

Interfaces to the education provider’s other systems

The system can be integrated with all other information systems of the company (SAP, Workday, etc.) through ready-made interfaces. As a rule, it uses AD to log in, but it can also be logged in in other ways if necessary.

All functionalities securely in the same system

Competence X includes dozens of different tools for enriching and coating work instructions and training materials. They are all built into the platform for data security reasons, and all the data they produce is stored in the training platform’s own database, unlike in learning environments, where similar functionalities are used in systems located around the world and the content is simply embedded in the course pages. The company also does not have to pay for these functionalities (e.g. H5P).
