Competence X is the first LXP training platform on the market (03/2023) that includes artificial intelligence functionalities developed for the system itself. It uses Microsoft Azure AI, which is protected as artificial intelligence, so you can use it as part of your other Microsoft services without worry. The database of the learning environment is located either in the customer’s own Azure environment, or on Mobie Oy’s Azure servers located in Europe, and it is not used to train the AI language model. The service meets all regulations and requirements set for data protection and the use of artificial intelligence.
AI-Assisted Course Builder
Competence X’s AI-assisted course builder enables the production of the first version of the training material, including images and exercises, in 15 minutes, thus saving significant time and money. Content production can be done using the organization’s own source materials (pdf, Word, PowerPoint, Exel, video or web address), the Azure AI language model, or both together. The source materials are not used to train the language model. You can edit and enrich ready-made training materials easily and quickly.
Employee’s personal 24/7 assistant
A personal, AI-based and, in the future, voice-controlled assistant will help employees understand training content and work instructions, regardless of time (24/7) and place, as well as provide explanations in different languages if necessary. This helps e.g. foreign workers to better understand the instructions while learning the local language. The employee can also ask the assistant to create individualized problems related to the subject area at different levels to solve.
Regardless of time and place, the employee receives 24/7 individual support from an AI-based assistant. This makes work more efficient, motivating, flexible and reduces the number of errors.
The 24/7 assistant is loaded by the company or organization for analysis of all its own source material related to the task. This way, the background material of the content is always known and under control, and only focuses on the desired things. If necessary, the source materials can include, for example; the maintenance manual of the machine or equipment on the network.
