Mobie brings a professional team to the customer’s aid, who carefully familiarizes themselves with the company’s training and development needs and assists in the preparation of learning objectives, the definition of the necessary material, pedagogical planning, the collection and production of content, and enrichment.

A good example of successful cooperation is a project carried out with one of our largest customers, where the customer acquired the Mobie training platform in 2017, but definitely wanted to produce all the materials himself. At the end of 2019, employees had successfully completed an average of less than 0.5 training per employee.

Mobie Oy joined the content production in November 2019 and has produced more than 600 different work instructions and guides together with the company. At the beginning of 2022, each employee has already successfully completed more than 30 work instructions. According to feedback from employees, the reason for this is the interesting materials that are easy to go through alongside work.
